It is a compendium that mirrors multifarious activities conducted in the temple of learning throughout the year for the harmonious and all round personality development of the future citizens , as well as their accomplishment in different fields. We are proud to be part of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan which is one of the premier organizations imparting quality education. I am proud of its significant growth and recognition of its contribution. Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, since its inception, has been functioning with this perspective as its guiding principle for imparting a wholesome education to the children and has made its mark as one of the leading brands in school education. The K.V. teachers who are assigned with this task have been adequately oriented about the broader purpose of pedagogy. Education is the backbone of a nation. Proper education can contribute to the creation of healthy minds and worthy citizens. If we want to survive and progress in this new world order, we have to enrich ourselves with adequate knowledge and skills. In India, we face a major challenge of preparing young minds for facing the challenges of the 21st Century and the best way to tide over this obstacle is by providing quality education to all. I believe that education is the most powerful weapon to civilize any society and K.V. Dhanbad No 2. is playing very important role in this field. I personally believe that Children are the crops growing in the fields to yield the harvest on which the Nation has to sustain itself. The foundation of the nation’s future is built on them. They are the roots of the national tree which has to give the fruit of work, worship and wisdom to the next generation. The children have many miles to go and take the nation along with them to progress. The Three Preliminary persons responsible for giving shape to the future of the country are the ...The Father, The Mother & The Teacher. Of these Teachers play the most important role as they are specially trained and selected for the job they voluntarily take it up and therefore must carried out to the best of their ability, they are implicitly trusted by the child, the parents and the public alike and the trust must be repaid by honest service. Teachers should never be partial with their pupils whatever the provocation, they must always bless them.
