    Reading-1              Reading-2

At the start of the session, many students, particularly first-generation school-goers and English learners, struggled with reading fluency, comprehension, and pronunciation in both Hindi and English. Our assessments revealed key issues such as difficulty with phonics, limited vocabulary, and socio-economic challenges that affected parental involvement in their learning.

With guidance from the Regional Office Ranchi and under the leadership of Honorable Deputy Commissioner Shri D.P. Patel, we implemented a series of measures to improve students’ reading skills from the grassroots level. Parent-teacher meetings were organized to emphasize the importance of reading at home, and we introduced a dedicated zero period for reading each day in primary classes. This initiative aimed to create a structured environment for students to focus on their reading abilities.
